CNC pipe bender = Computerized Fully automatic numerical Control pipe benderIt uses an industrial computer to control multiple servo axes in real time and automatically complete the operation of pipes.The three core actions of feeding, rotation , and bending enable a complex pipe to be bent basically without human intervention after being placed in. 2. How does a CNC pipe bender work? Most modern CNC benders use rotary draw bending combined with mandrel support to create smooth, wrinkle-free bends without collapsing or excessive thinning of the tube wall.
