This integrated machine has auto straightening, auto feeding, auto end forming (1-station), auto cutting (chipless cut), auto bending (3-axis bender with one stack tooling).

It can do the job from 6mm to 12mm copper tubes or aluminum tubes.

In the straightening and cutting part, the clampings are all pneumatic drive. The straightening and feeding is by servomotor, and the cutting is chipless type. In the end forming part, the clamping and end forming are by hydraulic with one-station tooling. In the bending part, it is 3-axis servomotor (feed, rotation, bending) bender with one-stack tooling.
